What You Will Work On

As part of the Modem RF Software team, you will contribute to important areas such as:

Developing and maintaining drivers for modem and RF transceivers
Working on software modules that control antennas and RF front-end components
Improving system performance, RF accuracy and factory testability
Supporting investigations into complex RF and modem-related issues
Working closely with physical layer, hardware and testing teams
Helping deliver new wireless features for evolving technologies like LTE and 5G

Required Education

Candidates must have one of the following:

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or a related field

To succeed in this role, you should have a good foundation in the following areas:

Modem or communication device driver development
RF testing tools such as spectrum analyzers and oscilloscopes
Knowledge of radio access technologies and communication protocols
Experience working with hardware or RF labs
